Gentle Virtual Vinyasa

This Gentle Vinyasa class is a great way to end the workday and to enjoy a relaxing evening.
This class will have longer holds for some poses and will include breathwork to help you reach a relaxed and revitalized state.
Join us every Monday night at 5pm PST.
