SUP (stand-up paddle board) Pilates is a unique class that combines Stand Up Paddle boarding with Pilates. This Class offers a total body conditioning and balance training on the water. Using our SUP board as a Pilates mat, you will experience a session of core training exercises, leg strengthening, upper body toning, and full body lengthening, strengthening, toning, and stretching.
Join us Every other Tuesday at 9am and every other Saturday at 10:30am PST at the Carlsbad Lagoon.
