SUP yoga- Lagoon

Join us on the water at the Carlsbad Lagoon for SUP Yoga!
The Carlsbad Lagoon is our floating yoga studio, and our boards are our floating yoga mats!
We begin with a quick lesson on paddling and safety precautions.
Then we paddle out as a group and drop our anchors (so we don’t float to the far end of the lagoon) and have a yoga class on the water.
Our boards are strong and sturdy and you will feel safe while on them.
SUP yoga is great for developing mindfulness, focus, balance, and breathwork.
If you enjoy savasana in a studio yoga class, just wait until you experience savasana on the water… floating weightlessly and gently rocking as the water lulls you to a place of bliss.
