Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body.
You don’t need any fancy props. You can use whatever you’ve got around the house.
Try pillows or rolled up towels. Practice from the comfort of your own home.
Option to keep your video ON so our certified instructors can offer you modifications and enhancements during your practice.
