Our Virtual Yoga Classes are also unique! You can follow along with our certified instructors, or you can turn your camera on to allow the instructor to see you and offer enhancements and modifications. It’s like having a private instructor in your own home.

Enjoy these practices with your children ( of any age), partner, family or friends. We have all variety of family yoga and classes will range from 20-30 minutes.

Gravity Yoga

Gravity Yoga is a mat-based Targeted Mobility Training method aimed toward movement and mobility in the hips, hamstrings, and back. The goal of Gravity Yoga is to increase flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

It says it all in the name. It is a restorative, relaxation and healing based Hatha yoga practice that uses the breath to center and align the body, promoting deep relaxation, mindfulness, and balance within the body.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement using breath to movement.

We have a perfect match for every experience level and mood.
