Connect with the spirit of the water and all her inhabitants in Mission Bay, Bonita Cove. When you have a purpose see the waters come alive and be in harmony. We will consciously gather to share a sunset paddle (with lessons) Sup yoga, and food around a fire. We will exercise our bodies and minds to find balance within ourselves and nature.
